In 3/27 precinct one page of the register book was torn. The page was glued 4 times and ripped again. The PEC, despite the complaints of the Hnchak Party proxy, Ruzan Harutyunyan refused to register that fact. In 2/34 precinct 1 proportional ballot and three majoritarian ballots were left. 2 proportional ballots disappeared.
