At 14:15, Volodya Davtyan, proxy of the “New Times” party observed a serious violation in 11/06 precinct. Citizen Babajanyan Arsen (address: Nor Aresh 26 st., 95 house), who was voting near the screen besides his envelopes had three extra yellow proportional ballots. The fact was registered in #45 school and signed by the chairman, deputy-chairman , secretary and a member of the 11/06 PEC. The New Times party also infroms us that in Shnhogh village of Noyemberyan head of the village, Haykaz Kochinyan, was accredited as monitor and offering electoral bribes to citizens to vote for the Republican Party and majoritarian candidate Michael Vardanyan. According to New Times they have received calls about bribes from Ayrum, Getahovit, Hatcharkut and Haghtanak villages all on behalf of the RPA. Irina Hovhannisyan from RFL informed the New Times that the chairman of the 14/17 precinct in Byurakan, Avetik Soghomonyan has asked her out from the precinct. The journalist has informed that people were gathering near the screens and the booklets of the RPA were in front of the precinct and open campaigning was taking place. The headquarters of Vardan Malkhasyan infromed that numerous cases of election bribe were observed in Ashtarak. Vardan Malkhasyan’s brother, Masis Malkhasyan complained that in 14/17 precinct people gathered in front of the ballot box, however he was detained by the police. Several hours later Masis Malkhasyan was released.
