The press office of the National Democratic Party informs that the party proxy, Gevorgyan Hovakim (with his proxy badge) was not allowed to enter precincts 18/21 and 18/22 at 8-9 o’clock. The issue was solved only after the mediation of the central party office. At about 10:15 an alert call was made from the 18/21 PEC, by which the commission didn’t register how many ballots it received from the TEC. They also inform that as of 12:00 a.m. election bribe was distributed from the RPA and the Prosperous Armenia, 5000 AMD each person. There were cases when citizens took the money from both of the parties. Later the parties tried to find those to claim their money back. NDP proxies noticed that in Gyumri bribe was offered by Gurgen Arsenyan’s ULP party. The bribe-givers asked the bribed ones to put a tiny dot next to the tick sign. Mainly the bribes were provided among young people. In 11/32 precinct voting proceeded with special pens. The line was waiting for the green pen despite the fact that there were other colored pens in other screens. At 13:30 NDP proxy noticed that in Nor Kyank village of Ararat marz (district 18), there were special dots in ballots next to ULP. Protocols were made.
