No complaint

As of 16:30 in 39 district of Vayots Dzor no complaint was filed in any of the courts of the marz nor the TEC and no one has applied to recover his/her suffrage. As Susanna Ghazaryan, head of the TEC 39 informed Armenpress that as of 14:00 17.451 out of 50.659 citizens has voted, which amounts to 33% of turnout. Two citizens of Yeghegnadzor, who are in hospital also had a chance to vote. 6 blind people has voted so far with the special boards for ballots. According to Ghazaryan the international and domestic monitors haven’t witnessed a single case of violation in any of the 65 precincts of district 39.
