The observers and proxies of the Heritage party have gathered information from 380 precincts and announce that in many of those there were 60 voters instead of the defined 15. It was so crowded that was impossible to carefully watch the process. Party representative Hovsep Khurshudyan has presented to us a few interesting facts. In front of Nor Nork 62 school, where 25 and 26 precincts of district 1 are located mass beating took place. He said that the people collided each other in the presence of others and the “weak police”. According to A1+ the Heritage party received this information at 13:30. They reached the scene at 14:30 and managed to witness the beating. Galepsik Gevorgyan from 16th block, building 27, apt. 12 found out that in precinct 06/29 someone else has signed next to his name. In 4/03 precinct, which is located in #98 school, party representative, former Ombudsman, Larisa Alaverdyan noticed electoral violations and even adverted the attention of international monitors but even monitors are pressed on. In 12/26 precinct people were bused to the precincts. Cases of ballot stuffing were registered in 12/08 and in 5/22 groups of girls and guys voted instead of others. One of the most important violations, which the Heritage party proxies observed were the extra proportional ballots, which. Party representative in CEC, Armen Martirosyan informed that the tick put for the Heritage has a dual layer and the commissions warned the voters that those are invalid. The party immediately went to that precinct but they think that the commissions will use that precedent to consider their ballots invalid. Khurshudyan also had some facts of bribery, cases of campaigning on the part of certain parties but prefers to speak about those after 20:00 after the voting is over so that the facts are not considered as black PR. Khurshudyan also has facts that as of 14:00 in several precincts only one or two dozens of people voted and in others up to 700.
