One of the pages of the record book of the 3/27 precinct has been ripped. The page has been glued back four times and ripped again. Despite the protest of the trusted person of the Hnchakyan Party Ruzan Harutyunyan, the electoral commission has refused to record the event. There was one ballot foreseen for one proportional electoral system in the packages of ballots in the 2/34 precinct and three ballots for the majority electoral system. Two of the ballots for the proportional electoral system have disappeared.
