The RA education minister, Sergo Yeritsyan, visited the food production college of Yerevan yesterday where he said that the ministry of education was not a political body and would be grateful to anyone bringing him an example when any representative of their party (“Rule of Law”) had been appointed principal of a school. “About 4-5 directors of colleges may be representatives of “Rule of Law”, but this is not the case in schools”, assured the minister.

According to our sources, there has been such a case this year: representative of “Rule of Law” Galina Vasilyan (physical education teacher) was appointed principal of a school in the South-Eastern district of Yerevan. It is quite possible that they may appoint their colleagues directors of some schools, where currently there are a principal vacancy (# 77, 68, 64, 47, 29).
