Everyone knows that internet connection in Armenia is poor and people suffer financial losses because of this. Internet users pay more than the market price due to bad internet connection. Minister of Transportation and Communications Andranik Manukyan had this to say about that:

"We are going to demand that internet-service providers provide internet users with the connection units (megabytes) that they get from "ArmenTel" instead of minutes."
